Program Description The Program provides emergency and urgent alerts from our ticket system to technicians and authorized personnel. Messages may include service ticket notifications, emergency alerts, dispatch updates, critical system notifications, and other time-sensitive information related to technical support and field operations. Messages are sent via an automated system.

Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on ticket activity and urgency. You may receive recurring messages as needed for operational requirements. Emergency alerts may be sent at any time.

Consent and Opt-In By providing your mobile phone number and consenting, you agree to receive emergency and operational SMS/MMS alerts from Kamin Associates Inc. at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of employment or any purchase.

Opt-Out Instructions To stop receiving non-emergency messages, reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive a confirmation. Note that opting out may prevent you from receiving important operational alerts. For emergency or legally required notifications, we may continue to contact you through other means if permitted by law.
